A suspected terrorist belonging to Harkat-ul-Ansar outfit has been arrested in a joint operation by the Uttarakhand and Punjab police from Haridwar, police said on Friday.
An altercation broke out between worshippers, who were coming out of a mosque in Handwara town of Kupwara district, and Army personnel, who were recording videos.
